		<description>i was debating with a work colleague last week that &quot;cache&quot; and &quot;refresh&quot; are not synonyms ... no really ... he used it &quot;refresh&quot; as an alternative explanation for &quot;cache&quot; ... crazy thing is, he wasn&#039;t even using &quot;cache&quot; properly (he thinks it a database) ... so i am not even go close to the words &quot;vitualisation&quot; and definitely not &quot;hyper-virtualisation&quot; ... i fear for my sanity at work.</description>
